flog week one-recipe!

Hey you guys! If you remember my post right here, I announced that my friends and I are doing another video series! It is called the flog series, which stands for four vlogs, one every week for four weeks. The first weeks prompt was to share a recipe!

Here is mine! The only food I make that Mark will eat. It has been a long while since i've made these due to being on two vacations, so they weren't the best because I forgot a few things...but I added all of the info that I messed up in the video. Except for one thing, add the cream cheese mixture in with the hamburger when the meat is done cooking, just long enough for the cream cheese to melt!
Here's what you need:
Green Enchilada Sauce
Chicken (I use hamburger but i'm a firm believer that chicken is better. Mark disagrees)
Green Chilis
Cream Cheese (optional)
Salsa Verde (optional)
Taco Seasoning (optional)
Diced Tomatoes (optional)

1. Cook your meat in a separate pan, season with taco seasoning if desired. Stir in onions, garlic and any other spices you would like.
2. Mix together room temperature cream cheese, green chilis, a tiny bit of salsa verde and diced tomatoes
3. Pour just enough green enchilada sauce in the bottom of the casserole pan to cover the bottom
4. Mix the cream cheese mixture in with the hamburger just long enough to melt the cream cheese. Remove from heat and set aside
5. Fry your tortillas
6. Fill your tortillas with hamburger cream cheese mixture, a spoonful of green enchilada sauce and cheese. Wrap up and place in casserole dish. Repeat!
7. Cover your rolled enchiladas with green enchilada sauce
8. Cover with cheese
9. Bake for 25-35 minutes and serve!
CHECK OUT OTHER AWESOME LADIES AND THEIR RECIPE FLOGS! I am literally sure that they are all better than mine. :)

Do you want to participate next week? Check out the information here! Next weeks prompt is "One to Three" where you take your favorite clothing item in your closet right now and incorporate it into three different outfits. Get it? One to three? Heh hehhh...
Okay, see you next week! But actually probably sooner because I have a lot to say lately.
