teacher style with ThredUp

Hi you guys!
It's late Sunday night and i'm just getting ready to go back to school for the week. It's gonna be busy one with my class, meetings and Parent Teacher Conference. So I have to get my head in the game!
Alright, let's get down to business. I don't know if you guys know this, but i'm kind of a big deal. I don't mean to brag, but I got the "best dressed teacher award" last year at my school. So yeah, I can't really educate them worth a darn, but I can sure dress well.
I decided to put together a little teacher outfit post with the help of ThredUp. ThredUp is a secondhand clothing website where you can buy clothes but also sell them back. I have been a fan of ThredUp for a long time (see my posts about it here and here) and they help me when building my professional wardrobe on a teacher's salary. Luckily, as a teacher, I can run the range of casual to really dressy and it's all good.

This first outfit is a more casual outfit. This was the first time I have put tights on this year and I actually really missed them! Sometimes it's just better to cover up my pasty legs. I got the skirt from ThredUp. It's a Gap skirt and had the tags from Gap still on when it came!

Next up is the look I am going to wear for Parent Teacher Conference. This polka dot top is really cool, it is made out of that scuba material so it's definately interesting. I know I will wear it a lot because it can be dressed up like in this picture, or down with some colorful jeans.

Lastly is my favorite type of outfit which is in between casual and dressy. This pink boyfriend blazer is really comfortable. I wear these stretchy black skinny jeans from American Eagle a few times a week just because they feel like leggings but look dressed up.
